Hello, welcome to our home-from-home… L’Eglezeaud, a tiny hamlet in Limousin, France.
Our cosy and spacious house is available for relaxation, rest and fun. It’s a great place for unwinding whether, in the warm summer sunshine or toasting beside the fire in winter after crunchy walks.
We are dog and child friendly and when you come to stay you’ll get the whole house completely to yourselves! Our house sleeps 8 to 9 so is perfect for any sort of group, small or large.
The house is rural and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. A friendly local farmer and his wife live next door and it is adjacent to a beautifully tended smallholding to the rear.
The tranquil area is perfect for relaxation and slowing down your pace of life but, if you prefer to be active, you can bring your own bikes for pretty, quiet, safe roads in the French countryside to cycle on from right outside the house.
It is 3 miles from Le Dorat and 11 miles and a 16 minute drive from Bellac. The local shops are only a 5 minute drive away in Le Dorat. You can walk it but you need to be intrepid and it’ll take you an hour each way!
